It typically starts off pretty simple with one new strategy or technique and before we know it, there's a mountain in front of us and a tornado of information flowing through our mind.

RESULT: No Action,  Just Frustration.

Below, we give you 4 Steps to create something that you can work with to eliminate feeling overwhelmed…FOR GOOD!

You have about 15 minutes of homework to follow that will get You into action, starting now.

To be clear, you can use these five steps anywhere in your life and create a significant action plan to obtain any goal. No more admitting defeat before the first action. You Are An Action Taker!

1.  SWITCH YOUR LANGUAGE 

     -  Stop telling yourself "I'm feeling overwhelmed".  Change this to, "I'm Lacking a Plan of Action".

     -  Don't get discouraged, It's Not Your Fault!  We are used to following instructions.  We've been trained to follow instructions since we were infants.

2.  MAKE A LIST OF THINGS YOU NEED TO GET DONE

     -  Prioritize the List

     -  As you complete each task cross it off or check it off as complete.  This will give you a sense of accomplishment, inspire you to do more and motivate you.

3. ASK YOURSELF, "What Am I Looking To Do?"

     -  Finish this sentence, "My Goal Is To........"

     -  What is your goal?  Is it to Brand Yourself, Sell an Affiliate Product, Create a Legacy, Grow Your Network Marketing Business

4.  ASK YOURSELF, "What Am I Good At?"

     - It may be hard to come up with the answer at first, but you will come up with the answer.

5.  WHAT DO I WANT TO LEARN?

     - It could be:

       -  Facebook 

       -  Marketing

       - Capture Pages 

       - Lead Generation

     Once you figure out what you want to learn it will be easier for you to set a plan of action.
