I am glad you stop to read my blog. I'm here to share the news with you and others all over the world about my waist shapers. My goal is to encourage and to help women to look their absolute best!! So let's talk about waist trainers first. The number one question I get all the time is "does it really work". My answer is YES it works if you use it properly. Waist training helps you to reshape your waist and also drop inches in your midsection over time. I advice my clients to use their waist trainer for 2-3 hours the first week. This will help break it in. After the first week I recommend them to wear it for 6-8 hours a day and to drink plenty of water.
It will be somewhat tight starting out, but as time goes on your waist will begin to reshape and inches will begin to come off. Normally within 30 days of consistent waist training results will begin to show.
The next question I get is "does it mash your organs,crush your ribs......and all this other stuff. lol The answer is NO. I only offer Latex waist cinchers that have stretch ability and don't cause any harm to your inner parts. There is a corset, which is referred to as "steel boned" which can actually cause harm to your body from wearing it. The construction of these corsets are more like a cast to the body and very tight fitting. Some even have lace strings that you lace up really tight on the corset. I don't offer any off that! My waist cinchers all have flexible boning in them. You can still move,bend,and breathe! The most that will happen to you is you drop a few inches and gain some curves. With our workout sport cincher you will drop inches even faster! Exercising in it will cause the inches to fall off faster and leave you with more permanent results.
We all like to look and feel good. Waist training or wearing garments is a choice. It's something that I have seen give woman their confidence back after putting one on and being able to see their shape come back instantly. Others have turned their head and said I like my spare tire,my muffin top. I say hey "to each it's own". At the end of the day do what makes you feel good. Wearing garments is not a fad, it's been something women and men have done for ages. It's not going anywhere. As you see in the my video at the top. I demonstrate how to put your waist trainer on when you first get it. It's not suppose to instantly wrap around you and just fit. There is some pulling and a little tugging involved. If it just went around you easily then it wouldn't really be serving the purpose of cinching the waist. I hope that you found my blog to be informative on waist training.
