Today in a area of Houston were 2 ladies talking downstairs. Being nosey , they listened as the guy upstairs was talking business. According to the witnesses (wanting to remain anomynous) , for about 20 minutes all they could hear was a series of topics ranging from sales , manufacturing , and distribution .
