Kevin Durant's, decision to join the Warriors and how it will affect the NBA.

The new shift in power in the NBA remains now in the Western Conference with Kevin Durant's shocking decision to join forces with the Golden State Warriors.

By adding Durant, one of the league's top # 3 best player in the nba and former MVP. He will now be in starting line up with two-time MVP Steph Curry, Draymond Green and Klay Thompson. The Warriors are now said to be heavy favorites to win the championship next year, after losing an emotional seven games Finals series to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

While some teams have made improvements in the East with drafts and trades, not one team stands out enough to surpass the Cavs next season. There is now a strong chance the Warriors and Cavs will meet up again and play in the Finals for a 3rd consecutive time, something no other two teams in history has done. 

San Antonio, finished with a franchise-best 67 wins this past season. Their chances of going to the finals next season has fallen even further behind the Warriors with Durant's decision.

Oklahoma City, whow lost a devastating 3-1 lead on Golden State in the conference finals, has now lost its Superstar. The team has to now make a long-term plan which may or may not include Russell Westbrook, who is a free agent next summer.

The Los Angeles Clippers along with CP3 continue their status quo.
